Minutes

Minutes of the CAGG committee meeting which took place at the Liskerrett Centre on 2013-11-22. Readership is CAGG members. These minutes have not yet been approved by the committee.

Bank account

Calum described the recommendations made by Pat and the meeting resolved to adopt them. These are:

Two signatories are to be required on cheques.
Possible signatories would be: Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Calum Beeson.

Membership fees

It was decided that the annual membership fee should be £10 for persons above the age of 18 and free otherwise.

This can be reviewed in the light of experience whenever the committee sees fit.

Meeting dates

Meetings will normally be on the third Friday of every calendar month with the exception of December. Meetings will normally be at the Liskerrett Centre, which we can book in advance for the year.

Calum said that he would make membership cards which would show the meeting dates for the year.

Minutes

It was agreed that the minutes of CAGG committee meetings could be public documents and may be published on a web site.
