Meeting opened at 1555.

• 2015 programme. Meetings will continue to be held on the third Friday of the month, except December, at 1930 in the Long Room of Liskeard Public Hall.
• Calum will be our speaker unless we hire a guest.
• Tina and Pat have speakers in mind and will contact them asap to produce a programme for the year.
• Field trips will be on the second Saturdays after the meetings, alternating between local and further afield.
• Future committee meetings will be held after the local field trips to ensure we have them regularly.
• Pat to investigate getting insurance, Brigitte supplied name of suitable company. Ie. Tennyson Insurance
• When e-mail is sent out for February meeting Tina will notify members that the March meeting will be the AGM (short) followed by visiting speaker and that we require more volunteers to be on the committee.
• Calum to produce poster to advertise June/July residential field trip.
• Finances healthy. We hold £618.78 towards the ‘Reading the Hurlers project and £565.74 just for CAGG.
• Constitution needs rewriting and some discussion took place but it was decided that this would be the priority of the new committee after the AGM.
• Pat and Tina to liaise and print out programme of dates even if speakers and topics not finalised.
