This shows the separate contributions to income from meetings and field trips. The previous year's funds amounted to £1066.69 and this year's are £1387.55. As we intend to operate with a financial baseline of £1000 this shows us to be in a healthy financial state and there is no need to increase our fees.

Publicity report
AB described how she publicises our activities in the Cornish Times and other media such as Radio Cornwall. Reports are usually submitted after every meeting and field trip and are known to result in greater attendance by new people.The meeting thanked Anne for her efforts.

TH reported on CAGG membership, which is currently at 44 members.Re-election of committee
